I cannot help but to agree with Harry Styles on this one. This Marisol’s Original Cocktail tastes just “like strawberries on a summer evenin’ and it sounds just like a song.” The smokiness of the mezcal float paired with Tequila Corazon is the perfect melody for those extra hot summer nights.
INGREDIENTS
½ oz. Lime Juice
½ oz. Lemon Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup
2 oz. Watermelon Puree
2 oz. Blanco Tequila
½ oz. or so of Strawberry Infused Mezcal
Watermelon balls, for garnish
RECIPE
In a shaker filled with ice combine all the ingredients and shake. Double strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Float with a smokey strawberry infused mezcal and garnish with Watermelon Slice.
