Tequila Tuesday: La Paloma

I am back with an other refreshing recipe using Tequila Corazon! Learn how to make a Paloma today, it’s guaranteed to be a hit at every summer party. This cocktail was created by the legendary Don Javier Delgado Corona, owner and bartender of La Capilla, in Tequila, Mexico.


Salt & Sugar

Crushed Ice

¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice

½ oz. Simple Syrup

2 oz. Blanco Tequila

Grapefruit Soda


Rim the cocktail glass with equal parts of salt & sugar. Fill the glass with crushed ice and build your cocktail by pouring the lime juice, simple syrup, and silver tequila over the ice. Top it with your favorite grapefruit soda and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
